1. free audit
You extend us an invite for a two days review of your current management reporting specifics and/or generics:
- Your business is faced with a particular reporting issue. We meet with your involved business owner(s) as well as with the IT team to review the current processes and systems in place.
- You would like subject matter experts to review your approach towards management reporting. We leverage our audit framework to run systematic interviews with your executives at strategic, tactic and operational levels, across your main business lines.
The output of this review is a 2 pager consisting of either a practical roadmap on how to address and solve your specific issue (case a) or a management reporting matrix on completeness, accuracy and reliability of your reporting coverage; identified shortcomings and opportunities along with recommendations (case b). We cover the fees and costs of our staff while you cover our travel and accomodation expenses.
We managed to build your confidence? Great, we can move to step 2. We didn't? We leave it here and take our lessons so that next time we do it better.
2. Pilot site or refined analysis
Based on our findings and recommandations, we submit you a proposal to enter either in:
- a scoped pilot site delivery of one or several components of our airBIOlogic reporting platform, with defined objectives under a closed pricing for a limited period of assesment (typically 4 weeks). At the end of the term, either you are confident in taking it further with us or we stop it here.
- a more detailled review of some specifics you and your team would request us to assist you on. You leverage our extensive knowledge of airline reporting matters, either through our airPROfessional Services line or out airMANagement advisory practice. Fees are charged against duration of project and profile of engaged staff.
We delivered according or above expectations ? Excellent, we surely deserve your trust in becoming a dependable partner towards step 3. We didn't ? Either we missed something and correct it or keep falling short your expectations, loosing your business. A painfull event likely to take us back to the drawing board to take any error or mistake out of our path and prevent us from stumbbling upon it twice.
3. You are convinced
Upon successfull completion fo the first two steps, we enter into a stable and longer term relationship that can take different shapes amongst which:
- provision of specific components of our airBIOlogic reporting platform
- provision of our airBIOlogic turn-key, corporate wide management reporting platform
- none, one or several of our associated Service packages for support and maintenance (SLAs), training, additional taylorisation,...
- a Project Management Office mission or any similar form of coaching of your internal teams towards delivery of efficient and dependable management reporting.
- any combination of airPROfessional Service and/or airMANagement advisory delivering added value to your bottom line.
